Role Description The Laborer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves performing a variety of manual tasks to support office facilities, IT operations, and project teams, such as handling materials, assisting with equipment setup, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Laborer may help with moving and arranging office furniture, safely loading and unloading deliveries, and supporting basic installation or preparation work under the guidance of senior staff.





Daily activities include following safety procedures, using tools and equipment correctly, and collaborating with supervisors and colleagues to complete assigned tasks on schedule. The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and readiness to assist in different areas as business needs arise.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials safely, with good stamina and basic manual handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- General technical comfort to support simple tasks related to office equipment, IT hardware movement, or setup under supervision.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and cooperate with supervisors and colleagues.
- Previous experience as a laborer, helper, or in a similar support role is an advantage; experience in an IT or office workplace is a plus.

- Minimum educational qualification: secondary school level or equivalent; vocational training in maintenance, logistics, or related areas is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, technology-focused organization.
