Job Title: L2 Support Engineer

Job Summary

P99soft is looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-user support, IT service management, and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network environments.

Role Responsibilities :

- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and IT services.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and client applications (Windows,

- macOS, Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager).

- Use ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools) to log, track, and update incidents, service requests,

- and changes.

- Follow standard ITIL processes for incident, request, change, and asset management.

- Assist in deployment and support of local and global IT projects as required.

- Support procurement, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management of IT assets.

- Provide remote support for work-from-home users.

- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate L3/engineering teams.

- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.

- Report to the Site IT Manager.

Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in IT support or similar role.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (incident, request, change modules).

- Basic experience with Windows Server and virtualization (VMware/vSphere).

- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP).

- Familiarity with file sharing protocols (NFS, CIFS); NetApp experience is a plus.

- Experience supporting end-user devices (desktops, laptops, Macs) and collaboration tools

- (Office 365,



Zoom, Slack, Google Drive, VPN clients).

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.

- Willingness to learn and grow in IT support technologies.
