I'm looking for a Founding Knowledge Graph Engineer to help build the knowledge layer of an AI-native Decision Intelligence platform.

At Aletheia Works, we're exploring a simple question:

What if AI could reason over structured knowledge, rather than just predict the next word?

We're building a platform that combines knowledge graphs, ontologies and large language models to help people make better strategic decisions. The engineering challenge spans graph databases, AI reasoning, visual knowledge workspaces, and software architecture.

This isn't a typical engineering role. You'll work directly with me to build one of the company's core intellectual property assets—the Knowledge Layer that powers AI reasoning. You'll collaborate with another engineer developing the underlying ontology and schema, while owning the implementation of the graph platform itself.

I'm not looking for the longest résumé, but for someone who enjoys difficult problems, thinks from first principles, and wants to build something that doesn't yet exist.





If you've worked with technologies such as Python, Neo4j, Memgraph, React, FastAPI, or graph databases, that's a plus. More importantly, I value curiosity, systems thinking, and the ability to learn quickly.

The engagement is a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and mutual interest.

Whether you're from IIT, IIIT, BITS, an NIT, another university, or are self-taught, I care far more about what you've built than where you've studied.
