Job Responsibilities

- Meet unit wise network/channels (B2B/Franchisees/Bleeding Points/HLM/RLM/Pharma) revenue wise targets of assigned territory by effectively engaging with HCPs / Clinics / NHs / Hospitals / Diagnostic Centers/Pharmacies and ensuring timely completion.

- Implement of sales strategies to meet or exceed the targets and increase market share.

- Work on customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional services.

- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in the medical or diagnostics industry.

- Organize and execute CME, RTM, Patient Orientation Programs at different places. This includes shortlisting doctors (KOL/KBL) for activities, sending invitations, obtaining necessary approvals, and conducting post-activity follow-ups.

- Convert HCP engagements into active prescribers through consistent engagement (wellness camps), follow-ups, and tracking prescriptions on specialty tests pharma products





- Maintain Salesforce Effectiveness by adhering to the planned MDL Call Average and ensuring adequate coverage.

- Robust communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with excellent relationship-building and client management abilities. Ability to understand and explain complex medical diagnostic products processes.

- Actively identify and target new corporate and institutional clients to secure new business.

- Proficiency in market analysis and data tracking. Willing to travel extensively for client meetings.

- Self-motivation, goal orientation and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

- Graduate in any field preferably Science with 1- 5 years of relevant experince
