Telesales Executive Associate Company: HGS Industry: Banking & Financial Services Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound & outbound calls to promote loans, credit cards, insurance, and investments. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product information. Handle customer queries and objections.

Achieve monthly sales targets. Build customer relationships and maintain records. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Follow company policies and regulatory requirements. RequirementsGraduate in any discipline. 0–1 year sales/telesales experience preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of financial products preferred.

English

Kannada/Tamil/Bengali/Odia/Malayalam. Work &

Salary Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Setup: Call Centre Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month Incentives: Performance-based Perks: Health Insurance, PF & Gratuity
