LMC Architects is hiring an Architect to join our design studio in Churchgate, Mumbai.

What we are looking for

An architect who can confidently manage both design and execution while working collaboratively with our team and consultants.

Requirements:

Up to 3 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design.

Proven experience in high-end luxury residential interior projects (essential).

Experience in hospitality projects is preferred.

Strong site execution knowledge and coordination experience.

Ability to manage projects responsibly from design through execution.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A proactive, detail-oriented, and cooperative approach.

Software Skills:

AutoCAD

SketchUp

V-Ray

Enscape

Adobe Photoshop





Technical Skills:

Strong design and conceptual ability, with proficiency in AutoCAD

Sound knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation

Ability to run projects and manage site, contractors, and vendors

Strong time and project management skills, able to handle deliverables and deadlines
