We are hiring for a Jr. Coordinator – TMC to join our team at Appalto Electronics Private Limited. The role involves coordinating training, performance evaluation, employee induction, MIS, and other HR activities to support employee development and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor training schedules, OJTs, mentoring, and evaluations.
- Maintain performance scorecards and coordinate feedback sessions.
- Coordinate induction and visits for current joiners.
- Update MIS and maintain records/documentation.
- Support other HR activities as required.

Job Requirements
- B.Tech. (EC/EE/EX); freshers can apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and email etiquette.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Fast learner with multitasking ability.
- Positive Can-Do attitude and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
