We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Engineer / Software Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our SaaS platform through comprehensive testing and quality assurance practices.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer with 2–6 years of experience in manual and/or automation testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing web-based SaaS applications, identifying defects, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform Manual Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Validate bug fixes and ensure defects are resolved before production deployment.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Business Teams.




- Test REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
- Ensure software meets quality standards before release.
- Continuously improve testing processes and recommend quality improvements.

- Experience testing SaaS-based web applications.
- Ability to create detailed test documentation.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Knowledge of RabbitMQ

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- MCA / MTech or equivalent qualifications will be an added advantage.
- ISTQB Certification or other Software Testing certifications will be preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a SaaS or Product-based company.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Knowledge of performance and security testing will be an added advantage.

Salary

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, current CTC, and interview performance.
