Java Developer (2-4 years)

Location: Koregoan Park, Pune

Mandatory 5 days onsite

UK/ US Shift

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Strong understanding of Core Java concepts, collections, multithreading, concurrency, memory management, and object-oriented programming.
- Excellent hands-on experience with Spring Boot and developing enterprise-grade REST APIs.

Strong debugging and performance tuning skills including:

JVM internals

Garbage Collection

Thread dumps

Heap dumps

Memory leak analysis

Performance profiling

Strong database knowledge including:

MongoDB

Modern NoSQL databases

Relational databases

Exposure to columnar databases is highly preferred.

Experience working on high-volume, data-intensive applications handling millions of records where low latency and performance optimization are critical.

Positive knowledge of distributed caching solutions such as Redis.

Excellent communication skills. This is a customer-facing role, therefore communication skills are mandatory.
