Job Summary

Lead and develop technical projects in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Define technical architecture, APIs, integrations etc as per business requirements. Lead architecture reviews, technology decisions, and application modernization initiatives.

Mentor development teams and establish coding standards and best practices. Design and optimize REST APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed applications. Develop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server and MySQL.

Provide technical guidance for applications built on .NET Core/.NET where required.

Drive

DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud adoption initiatives. Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technology solutions. Required ​Skills:

Strong expertise in

Java 11/17/21 Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security Microservices Architecture RESTful APIs and Enterprise Integration Experience with:





SQL Server, MySQL Hibernate/JPA Messaging technologies (Kafka/RabbitMQ) is a plus Exposre to:

NET Core / .NET 6/7/8, C#, ASP.NET Core Azure, AWS, or GCP Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) Strong understanding of:

Enterprise Architecture Design Patterns, SOLID Principles Secure, scalable, and high-performance application design Experience & Qualifications:

8 years of software development experience with a solid focus on Java technologies. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Cloud and Java architecture certifications are an added advantage. Soft Skills:

Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to drive architecture decisions in Agile environments. Ownership mindset with a focus on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
