Responsibilities

- Perform manual soldering of PCB and electronic components with high precision and quality
- Handle electronic tools and equipment with care and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Inspect solder joints for quality and reliability, ensuring compliance with industry standards




- Work closely with the shift supervisor to receive instructions and guidance on tasks and projects.

Requirements

Requirements: ----------------

- ITI (Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical or related trades) qualification
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on soldering experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Fresher candidates with an ITI background are welcome to apply
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Benefits

Salary

- For Freshers: ₹ 11000 - ₹ 11500
- For Experienced (6–12 months): Salary can be considered based on experience
