About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, along with a strong understanding of mobile application architecture, APIs, and state management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
- Write clean, reusable, and scalable code following industry best practices.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, Business Analysts, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Flutter development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.




- Positive understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and API integration.
- Knowledge of Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics, Crashlytics).
- Experience with Git version control.
- Understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Familiarity with Android and iOS deployment processes.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with payment gateway integration.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development is an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
