Role Description This is a full-time, in office IT Recruiter role based in Mylapore. The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting and posting job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, and conducting initial technical fit assessments.





The role involves using various recruitment platforms and networks, maintaining accurate candidate and interview records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. The IT Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, participate in recruitment events, and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills, with experience hiring for software, data, cloud, and related technology roles.
- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Experience using ATS tools, professional networks, and job portals for talent acquisition; familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and social recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of current IT trends, roles, and technologies; prior experience recruiting in IT services, SaaS, or product-based companies is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mylapore, manage multiple requisitions, and meet time-to-hire and quality-of-hire targets.
