We currently have an exciting career prospect for a Specialist to join the Intuit & Bill.com team in our PMT practice
YOUR TEAM:
CohnReznick Advisory LLC is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Intuit & Bill.com Specialist to support the administration, maintenance, client onboarding, billing operations, and functional support of CohnReznick's Intuit and Bill.com environments.
This role serves as the primary operational liaison between CohnReznick users, clients, software vendors, Finance, IT, Tax, and Client Advisory Services (CAS) teams regarding QuickBooks, Intuit Accountants Suite products, and Bill.com platforms. The position requires strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, financial operations knowledge, and the ability to support geographically dispersed stakeholders across multiple business functions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate patience, professionalism, and exceptional communication skills while supporting critical business applications utilized across CohnReznick's Tax and Advisory practices.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provision, modify, and deactivate user accounts across Intuit and Bill.com platforms; manage permissions, role assignments, onboarding, offboarding, access request coordination with IT, and accurate records of user access and entitlements.
- Provide first-line and advanced functional support for QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Intuit Enterprise Suite, QuickBooks Accountant platforms, other Intuit Accounting and Accountant Services products, Bill.com Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable solutions,
vendor and client payment workflows, user administration, and platform configuration.
- Troubleshoot user issues, support client and employee inquiries, resolve access, billing, and operational questions, support implementations, and coordinate escalations with Intuit, Bill.com, and other support resources as needed.
- Coordinate QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online migrations, including gathering and validating requirements, planning and scheduling conversions, coordinating with Intuit and internal stakeholders, tracking progress, documenting activity, maintaining status reporting, and supporting post-migration validation and issue resolution.
- Administer monthly license fees by extracting billing data from Intuit and Bill.com, compiling fees by client, practice, and service line, validating charges, investigating billing discrepancies, preparing voucher packages, submitting documentation to Finance, supporting payables processing, and responding to invoice and charge inquiries.
- Manage client chargeback administration by compiling monthly chargeback schedules, identifying clients for prepaid Intuit and Bill.com licensing fees, preparing supporting billing documentation, coordinating with Finance on accounts receivable processing, and reconciling chargeback calculations and records.
- Serve as a primary operational contact for Intuit and Bill.com, managing support cases, escalating service issues, following up on open tickets, coordinating licensing questions, supporting product administration inquiries, and managing vendor correspondence on behalf of CohnReznick.
- Maintain workflows in Smartsheet and Monday.com; track support tickets, provisioning requests, conversions, and billing activities; produce operational status reports; maintain procedural documentation and knowledge repositories; and identify opportunities to improve support processes and efficiency.
- Support internal and external stakeholders, including Tax service lines, Advisory Client Advisory Services, IT, Finance, Tax clients, CAS clients, Intuit, and Bill.com, through Microsoft Teams, email, phone, and virtual meetings.
YOUR EXPERIENCE.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably supporting Tax hiring.
- Experience recruiting for CPA, CA, ACCA, EA or accounting-related talent is highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment practices.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting QuickBooks and/or Bill.com platforms, including SaaS application administration, support for U.S.-based users and clients, billing administration, reconciliations or financial operations, and coordination with software vendors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Intuit Accountants Suite products, Bill.com platform administration, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based professionals and clients, explain technical concepts to non-technical users, and provide strong customer service.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, professional judgment and discretion, strong ownership mentality, commitment to accuracy and quality, ability to work independently while collaborating across teams, and patience, courtesy, professionalism, and calm support for stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-entity accounting environments and/or migration projects.
- Understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Knowledge of professional-services environments.
