– INVENTORY & STORE INCHARGE

Department: Back of House

Location: Les Amis, Alwarpet, Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inventory and store operations.
- Receive, check, and store incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, wastage, and shortages.
- Issue materials to the kitchen as required.
- Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and organization.
- Coordinate with purchase and kitchen teams.
- Handle local purchases and deliveries when required.
- Drive for material collection/delivery when required.

Requirements
- Previous experience in inventory/store operations, preferably in F&B.;
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Physically fit and responsible.
- Must know driving and hold a valid driving licence.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
