Support the sales team in customer acquisition activities. Collect and verify customer documents required for loan applications. Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and application status.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing. Help achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is preferred. Comfortable with phone calls and customer interaction. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
