International Sales Executive – Insurance | Gurugram Location: Gurugram, Haryana Work Mode: Work from Office Working Days: 6 Days a Week Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Qualification: Graduation is Mandatory About the Role We are looking for a motivated, organized, and target-driven individual to join our International Sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, comfortable with sales targets, and passionate about building strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable insurance solutions, and converting prospects into successful business.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers. Identify new business opportunities and generate sales through effective customer engagement. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations confidently. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain strong knowledge of products, competitors, and current market conditions. Develop effective sales strategies to convert high-potential prospects.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Requirements Graduation is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent
English communication is required. Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Previous international sales, BPO, telesales, insurance, or international voice-process experience will be an advantage.
