? What We Are Looking For:✅ 2–8 years of experience in International Business Development / Export Sales

✅ Mandatory: Pharmaceutical Formulation experience

✅ Strong experience in B2B international business

✅ LATAM market experience preferred

✅ Experience handling international customers, distributors & importers

✅ Strong communication, negotiation & business development skills

✅ Ability to generate current business and achieve sales targets

✅ Candidates with an existing LATAM customer/distributor network will be preferred.





? Key Responsibilities:• Develop new B2B customers across LATAM

- Identify distributors, importers and pharmaceutical companies
- Generate and convert international business leads
- Handle quotations, negotiations and order closures
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
- Achieve business development and sales targets
- Attend international exhibitions and travel for client meetings when required
