Undergraduate/Graduate Require for International BPO

Job Role & Responsiblities -

- Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.
- Assist customers with orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Track orders and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Handle complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with logistics, sellers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Update customer/order information accurately in CRM or ticketing systems.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company SOPs and data-security guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Comfortable working with CRM/ticketing and e-commerce platforms.
- Valuable problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Freshers can apply if communication skills are good.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
