Role & Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee record maintenance across retail locations.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications at store level.
- Collaborate with store managers to gather feedback
- Help prepare HR analytics dashboards, surveys, and reports for internal review and leadership updates.




- Conduct field visits to stores for culture checks, and employee sentiment gathering — ensuring alignment with company values.

- MS Excel
- HRMS platforms

- Internal communication

- Experience in retail or consumer-facing environments
