Role Description The Interior Project Manager role at HUB Interior is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North, with a fixed salary of 30k plus fuel. The role involves end-to-end management of interior projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and on-site teams.

The Interior Project

Manager oversees material procurement and delivery, monitors site progress, and ensures that work quality meets design specifications and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, tracking timelines, resolving logistical and execution issues,



and updating stakeholders on project status. The role also requires maintaining documentation, adhering to budgets, and supporting continuous improvement in project execution processes.

Qualifications

- Robust project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in expediting and working as an expeditor to ensure timely material procurement and delivery.
- Knowledge of inspection processes to monitor site work quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
- Logistics management skills to handle vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and on-time resource allocation.
- Prior experience in interior fit-out or construction projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and handle field challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Basic proficiency with project tracking tools and documentation; familiarity with MS Excel or similar software.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is an advantage.
