Role Description The Interior Project Manager role at HUB Interior is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North, with a fixed compensation of 3–4 LPA. The role involves planning and overseeing interior projects from design handover to final execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with designers, vendors, contractors, and site teams; tracking materials and deliveries; and resolving site issues promptly.

The Interior Project

Manager conducts regular site inspections, monitors installation progress,



and ensures adherence to design specifications and safety norms. The role also includes documentation, status reporting, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in project coordination, including Project Management and Expediting, to manage schedules, resources, and site activities effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills related to procurement and vendor follow-up, such as working as an Expeditor and handling Logistics Management, to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality and site control, including Inspection and basic knowledge of construction and installation standards, to maintain high workmanship quality.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in interior design, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency in basic office and project tracking tools are beneficial.
- Prior experience in residential interior project management or site supervision is an advantage.
