Role Description This is a full-time, in office Interior Designer role based in South Delhi.

The Interior

Designer will develop concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for interior spaces, aligning with overall architectural intent and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and contractors, participating in client meetings, and supporting design presentations and revisions.

The Interior

Designer will also assist with site visits, quality checks,



and documentation to ensure design execution meets project standards and timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate client needs into effective layouts and concepts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and coordination with architectural teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings, including detailed plans and specifications.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with design intent and budget.
- Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and basic MS Office skills.
- Strong visual, conceptual, and technical design abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Prior experience in interior design projects in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors is an advantage.
