Role Description This full-time, on-site Interior Design Consultant role is based in Hyderabad and involves guiding clients through the end-to-end interior design process. The consultant will meet with customers to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget, and translate these into design concepts for residential spaces. Daily tasks include preparing mood boards and layout plans, suggesting suitable furniture and materials, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely execution.

The role also involves explaining design options, providing product recommendations, supporting sales conversions, and maintaining high standards of customer service and follow-up.

The Interior Design





Consultant will collaborate closely with designers, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that align with brand quality and client expectations, with compensation offered up to 6 LPA.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide clear, professional guidance.
- Candidates should possess Interior Design and Furniture-related skills to develop functional, aesthetically pleasing designs and recommend appropriate furnishings and materials.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to present design solutions effectively, handle objections, and support successful project closures.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in design tools or software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar), along with an eye for detail and space planning capabilities.
- Relevant education in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in residential interior projects or design consulting.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational abilities, teamwork skills, and the capacity to work in office in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
