The Role

We’re looking for a User Experience Designer with 3–5 years of experience who is comfortable taking a problem, understanding it, and working towards the right experience—not just executing a set of screens.

At COPODS, you’ll work on complex Enterprise, SaaS and B2B products across domains such as Cybersecurity, Fintech, Healthcare and Industry 4.0. You’ll work directly with stakeholders, collaborate with developers and designers, and be involved in the engagement from early discussions through delivery.

Once Here, You’ll

- Participate in requirement and problem discussions with stakeholders
- Define ecosystem maps, user journeys, user flows and concepts
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
- Showcase your work and articulate and rationalise your design decisions
- Work closely with the Product, Engineering and Design teams
- Contribute to design systems and maintain design quality
- Take part in Design team activities, showcases and knowledge-sharing sessions

What We Need

Must Have

- 3–5 years of relevant UX / Product Design experience
- B.Des, M.Des, M.A. in Design or equivalent formal design education
- Experience designing Enterprise, SaaS or B2B products




- Good understanding of UX and Interaction Design fundamentals
- Strong working knowledge of Figma
- Willingness to work from our Pune office

Good to Have

- Experience with AI tools and vibe coding
- Experience working with Design Systems and data visualisation
- Basic understanding of HTML / CSS
