About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect with deep expertise in enterprise integrations, API ecosystems, cloud-native platforms, and emerging AI technologies. This role focuses on designing scalable, secure, and intelligent integration architectures connecting enterprise applications while leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with integration platforms, modern API frameworks, cloud technologies, and next-generation AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration

Architecture &

- Solution Design :
- Design and implement enterprise-grade integrations across platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and other enterprise applications.
- Define scalable, secure, and resilient integration architectures using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
- Develop reusable integration frameworks, APIs, accelerators, and reference architectures.
- Drive architectural decisions related to scalability, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Design enterprise integration patterns aligned with contemporary cloud-native principles.

2. AI &

- Intelligent Automation :
- Build and implement AI-powered integration and automation solutions.
- Develop use cases involving AI copilots, Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent agents, and workflow automation.




- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise ecosystems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enable AI-driven business process optimization.
- Support enterprise adoption of intelligent orchestration and autonomous workflows.

3. Enterprise &

- Cloud Integrations :
- Design and implement integrations using iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, SnapLogic, Informatica, SAP CPI, or similar technologies.
- Build cloud-native integration architectures leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Design secure authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth, JWT, SSO, API gateways, and modern security frameworks.
- Implement event-driven architectures and messaging-based integrations.

4. Client &

- Stakeholder Engagement :
- Serve as the technical advisor for enterprise customers and stakeholders.
- Lead architecture discussions, workshops, technical evaluations, and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver enterprise-scale integration solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and future-ready architectures.

5. Governance &

- Best Practices :
- Establish enterprise integration standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Support DevOps initiatives,



CI/CD adoption, and infrastructure automation.
- Promote reusable design patterns and integration governance frameworks.
