Roles And Responsibility

Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Prepare and submit quotations.

Follow up with customers for quotation conversion and order confirmation.

Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Stores, and Accounts for order execution.

Maintain customer database and update sales records.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Generate recent business opportunities through telecalling and follow-ups.

Visit customers when required for meetings, order discussions, and relationship management.

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets.

Candidate Profile

Diploma or Graduate (Mechanical preferred).

1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Industrial/B2B Sales.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Willingness to travel locally for customer visits whenever required.

Experience in manufacturing or engineering products will be preferred.
