Role Description The Information Technology Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Irinjalakuda. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, installing and updating software and hardware, managing backups, and ensuring secure and reliable access to resources for all team members.

The specialist will troubleshoot technical issues,



coordinate with external vendors when needed, and provide timely support and guidance to users. The role also involves implementing IT best practices, contributing to network security measures, and documenting procedures and configurations to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to manage systems and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration to configure, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and related infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Security to implement security policies, protect data, and manage firewalls and access controls.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Microsoft 365 Administrator) are an advantage.
- Administrative knowledge in MS Office 365 Administration.
- Remote support to multi-location branches
