for Infor FSM Finance Consultant:

- Provide L2/L3 functional support for Infor FSM Finance modules.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Support application enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployments.
- Assist with incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Participate in upgrade, patching, and system improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with technical teams for issue resolution involving integrations, workflows, and data interfaces.




- Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and support artifacts.
- Robust functional knowledge of:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management
- Asset Management
- Budgeting and Financial Reporting
- Experience providing application support in an L2/L3 support environment.
- Prior involvement in at least one or more Infor FSM implementation projects.
- Ability to work independently and engage with business stakeholders.
- Prior experience with healthcare clients is a plus
