As an Infor HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Infor Human Capital Management solutions. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and business stakeholders to streamline HR processes, enhance reporting, and improve overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

? Conduct requirement gathering workshops with HR and business stakeholders

? Analyze current HR processes and identify improvement opportunities

? Design and configure Infor HCM solutions aligned with business needs

? Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and process flows

? Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions

? Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities

Core HCM Modules & Experience Areas:

- Core HR: Employee Administration, Organizational Structure, Position Management, ESS, MSS
- Talent Management: Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goal Management, Learning, Succession Planning
- Workforce Management: Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave, Labor Tracking
- Payroll & Benefits: Payroll Processing, Benefits Administration, Compensation, Tax & Compliance

Implementation & Support Activities:




- End-to-end HCM implementation
- Configuration, security, and data migration
- Testing, cutover planning, and deployment support
- Post-go-live hypercare support

Application Support & Technical Responsibilities:
- Incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Support quarterly upgrades and interface monitoring
- Integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party HR systems using Infor OS, ION, APIs, XML/JSON, SQL Reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, IT, or related field

5+ years of ERP/HCM consulting experience

2+ years of Infor HCM experience

Robust knowledge of HR and workforce management processes

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred

Infor HCM Certification

Multiple end-to-end implementations

Cloud-based HCM experience

Global HR process support

Workforce regulation & payroll knowledge
