We're looking for a fresh graduate who loves social media, enjoys talking to people, and is excited about the creator economy.

Your role will be to help us build Thrillark's influencer and creator network across our destinations. You'll be responsible for discovering creators, reaching out to them, building relationships, and turning those relationships into meaningful collaborations.

You don't need prior experience in influencer marketing. We're more interested in your communication skills, confidence, curiosity, and ability to build genuine relationships.

What you'll do:

- Discover travel creators, influencers, micro-influencers, and content creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Research and identify creators who are a good fit for Thrillark.
- Reach out to creators through DMs, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Start conversations and build genuine relationships with creators.
- Introduce creators to Thrillark and onboard them into our creator network.
- Coordinate complimentary experiences and influencer collaborations.
- Follow up with creators and manage content deliverables.
- Maintain and grow our influencer and creator database.
- Track outreach, responses, collaborations, and campaign performance.
- Research social media trends and identify new creators, communities, and collaboration opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, product, and growth teams to repurpose creator content across social media, ads, website, and other marketing channels.

What we're looking for:

- Excellent communication skills — this is the most important requirement.




- Confident and comfortable reaching out to people you don't know.
- Friendly, proactive, and naturally good at starting conversations.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Genuine interest in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, influencers, and social media.
- Curious about the creator economy and digital marketing.
- Organised and able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
- Comfortable taking initiative and working independently.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience is fine, but experience is not a requirement.

Bonus points if you have
- Managed your own Instagram page, social media account, or online community.
- Created Reels, Shorts, or other social media content.
- Experience communicating with influencers or creators.
- Familiarity with Canva, Notion, Airtable, or Meta Business Suite.
- An existing network of creators or micro-influencers.
- Interest in travel, content creation, startups, or digital marketing.
