We're hiring Partnerships Managers to work directly with the founders — either managing creator relationships and deals, or owning brand accounts and closing repeat business. Tell us which side fits you when you apply.

You will:

- Manage relationships with YouTube creators or client brands
- Pitch, negotiate and close deals
- Own a target and drive it without being chased
- Use AI tools daily to move fast

You need:

- 2+ years' experience (creator side) or 4+ years in account management/partnerships/sales (brand side) — not your first job
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident on calls with US/UK/Australia
- Solid at negotiation, follow-through and relationship-building
- Creator economy or agency experience is a plus

Details: Fully remote, full-time (40 hrs/week), from anywhere in India, with some overlap with GST (UTC+4). ₹9,00,000–₹11,50,000/year. Contractor role — no PF, gratuity or health cover.
