About us - CreatorCent (the influencer-marketing arm of StarCent), runs creator-led, hyperlocal marketing campaigns for brands across India - and we're building one of the country's sharpest exclusive creator rosters. StarCent, our parent, works with celebrities and AI-avatar ad content. You'll sit at the heart of what makes us different: finding the right creators before anyone else does.

What you'll do

- Build our creator database. Hunt down the best-performing, niche creators across domains - beauty, food, parenting, finance, regional/vernacular, and more - and add them to our roster against daily targets.
- Grow our exclusive roster, continuously. Identify creators worth signing exclusively, make first contact, and help bring them on board.
- Manage exclusive creator relationships. Be the day-to-day point of contact for our signed creators - keep them happy, engaged, and growing with us.
- Handle brand inquiries for your set of assigned creators - coordinate briefs, rates, and deliverables between brands and talent.
- Track what works. Read creator performance (CPV, CTR, engagement, audience quality) and use it to sharpen who we pick.

What we're looking for





- A genuine social-media junkie - you already know who's blowing up, in which niche, before it's obvious.
- A knack for spotting the best creator in any domain - not just the biggest, the right one.
- You know your way around the metrics and mechanics: CPV, CTR, collabs, whitelisting, engagement rate, reach vs. followers.
- A strong negotiator who's comfortable talking numbers and terms.
- Great with people - you build relationships and grow them, over months, not just close one deal.
- Organised and target-driven - you can hit a daily number without losing the quality.
- Bonus: familiarity with tools like Qoruz / Modash / HypeAuditor/ Creator Marketplace, or experience running your own content.
