Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support the discovery, outreach, and coordination of creators and brands within Biggbell’s communities and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying relevant influencers, assisting with outreach and communication, maintaining databases and campaign trackers, and supporting the execution of influencer collaborations. The role involves helping draft campaign briefs, monitoring content performance, preparing basic reports,



and contributing ideas to improve creator experience and brand outcomes.

The intern will also assist in organizing events, meetups, and community activities, while staying updated on social media trends and creator culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy, with familiarity across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Basic skills in communication and content creation, including writing clear messages, drafting briefs, and engaging with creators and brands professionally.
- Ability to conduct research on creators, trends, and campaign ideas, and organize information in spreadsheets or easy reporting formats.
- Comfort with using digital tools for project coordination, such as CRM or campaign management software, and general proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Noida.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or project experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management is an added advantage.
