About the Role

Digiweave is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our Influencer Marketing team. We are open to both experienced candidates and candidates who have completed an Influencer Marketing internship.

You will work closely with creators, brands and internal teams to execute influencer campaigns from creator discovery and outreach to campaign completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and shortlist relevant influencers based on brand requirements.
- Reach out to influencers and manage follow-ups.
- Coordinate brand collaborations and influencer campaigns.
- Discuss commercials, deliverables and timelines with creators.
- Coordinate influencer shoots and content creation.
- Share campaign briefs and track deliverables.
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign records.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Research new creators, trends and content formats.
- Coordinate with creative,



social media and account teams.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing or a related field.
- Influencer Marketing internship experience is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories and creator content.
- Robust communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable communicating and negotiating with influencers.
- Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Experience with D2C, E-commerce, Fashion, Lifestyle or FMCG brands is a plus.
