About the Company Pallas Life Science is a food and nutraceutical company expanding its international export operations, with a current focus on Russia and African markets.

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Import-Export Executive to manage and grow our export business in the chemical, nutraceutical, and food processing sectors. The ideal candidate will own export operations end-to-end — from documentation and regulatory compliance to distributor development and contract negotiation — with a primary focus on Russia and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, and Letters of Credit (LC)
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, Incoterms, and destination-country import requirements for Russia and African nations
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHA), and shipping lines for timely, cost-effective logistics
- Identify and develop new distributor and buyer relationships in target export markets
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with international buyers
- Track and ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements (FSSAI and destination-country norms) for nutraceutical and food exports




- Monitor shipments and resolve customs or documentation issues as they arise
- Coordinate with internal production and quality teams to align supply with export commitments
- Stay updated on trade policies, tariffs, and market conditions in Russia and Africa

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in import-export or international trade; experience in chemicals, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or food processing industries preferred
- Working knowledge of export documentation processes, Letters of Credit (LC), and Incoterms
- Understanding of customs clearance procedures and export compliance requirements
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the export function

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience exporting to Russian and/or African markets
- Working knowledge of Russian and/or French (useful for Francophone Africa)
