Role Description The Immigration Counsellor – Fresher will work in a full time, remote capacity, supporting students throughout their study abroad journey.

- Client Profile Assessment & Advisory

Conduct comprehensive profile evaluations for prospective candidates using point-based eligibility tools for Germany (Opportunity Card / Chancenkarte), Canada (CRS / Express Entry / PNP), and Australia (SkillSelect / Subclass 189, 190, 491).
- Deliver accurate, clear, and up-to-date consultations on visa pathways, processing times, fees, language requirements, and job market expectations.
- Tailor immigration strategies based on client qualifications, work experience, age, language proficiency (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, Goethe/Telc), and financial capacity.
- .



The position also includes staying updated on immigration rules, sharing clear information with students, and following up to ensure a positive and transparent counselling experience.
- Convert qualified leads into enrolled clients by establishing trust, demonstrating deep country-specific technical knowledge, and addressing objections effectively.

Qualifications

- Ability to understand and explain study abroad pathways, university options, and visa procedures in a clear and structured manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to counsel students and families patiently and professionally..
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing immigration and university requirements, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline; degrees in education, counseling, international relations, or related fields are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a remote setup, with reliability in meeting deadlines and achieving performance targets.
