In our shift toward a product-led model, IAM Self-Service is a core platform used across all of Airbus. This role requires deep analytical skills, solid leadership capabilities, and a unique blend of business acumen and technical literacy. You will work directly with our Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Architects, and Technical Leads to turn identity challenges into structured, automated digital solutions.
