What You’ll Be Doing:

People First & Culture: Be the go-to friendly face for team queries, offer empathetic support during conflict resolution, and help build a positive, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment.

Talent & Onboarding: Help us find amazing human beings who align with our mission, and curate warm, seamless onboarding experiences so new hires feel welcome from Day 1.

The Essentials (Behind the Scenes): Keep our HR operations tight—assisting with payroll, benefits, maintaining records, and coordinating performance growth check-ins with care and confidentiality.

Bridge Builder:



Collaborate across teams to ensure our HR policies aren't just rulebooks, but living practices that protect labor compliance and boost overall team morale.

What You Bring to the Table The Basics: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (bonus points if you’ve done an HR internship or have a bit of prior HR experience!).

High EQ & Communication: Outstanding written and spoken communication skills. You know how to listen deeply, speak thoughtfully, and connect with people from all walks of life.

Trust & Tact: Deep respect for confidentiality, stellar organisational skills, and an eagle-eye attention to detail.

HR Savvy: A solid grasp of HR policies, local labor laws, and basic HR tech/office tools.

Heart & Alignment: A genuine commitment to ethics, inclusivity, and a passion for sustainable community development. You care about the planet and its people.
