The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

HR Fundamentals & Policy: Champion foundational HR principles, policy governance, and organizational discipline.

Workforce Planning: Drive manpower forecasting, capacity planning,



and productivity alignment across corporate and project sites.

Performance Management (PMS): Lead end-to-end appraisal cycles, KRA cascading, mid-year reviews, and percentile-based fitment/bell-curve alignments.

Talent Management & Retention: Drive succession planning, high-potential (HiPo) identification, and critical capability building.

HR Analytics: Harness people metrics to deliver actionable intelligence on attrition, talent velocity, and operational performance to leadership.

Engagement & Culture: Build high-touch engagement programs that improve retention and reflect a culture of high performance and ownership.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Full time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-School

Experience: 8 to 12 years of progressive, hands-on HR experience in organizations of repute.

Industry Context: Open to Industries. Experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, or Industrial Manufacturing is added advantage.

Core Competencies: Unshakeable grounding in HR fundamentals, strong quantitative/analytical ability, and executive communication.
