Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include - Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other relevant channels.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination across the hiring process.
- Work towards achieving 2–3 successful hires/onboardings per month.
