Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial recruitment calls to assess suitability and fit for open positions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems, ensuring data is updated and properly documented.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and activities that contribute to a positive workplace culture.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, HR procedures, and internal regulations.
- Support performance management, employee development, and talent development initiatives.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate with various departments and managers to address employee concerns and organizational HR requirements.
- Organize and coordinate training programs, workshops, learning initiatives, and employee development activities.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide appropriate HR support to maintain a positive and professional work environment.
- Gain exposure to and support international recruitment and hiring processes.
- Coordinate and manage company events, employee engagement activities, and internal initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, dashboards, and HR analytics.
- Support various HR projects and process-improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
