Role Description The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and assisting with onboarding and exit processes. The role will involve coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders. The associate will help implement HR policies, support employee engagement initiatives, and respond to basic employee queries related to perks,



attendance, and compliance.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bardez, requiring close collaboration with management and employees to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably in real estate or a similar industry, is beneficial.
