Responsibilities

- Ensure timely submission of compliance-related documents in adherence to government regulations and organizational policies.

- Streamline onboarding processes by setting up new hires in HRMS systems and ensuring seamless integration into the organization. (Gretyhr)

- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations, timely disbursement, and statutory compliance.

- Monitor employee attendance and leave records through HRMS tools to maintain accurate payroll inputs and workforce planning.

- Collaborate with business units to understand HR needs and align support with changing priorities.

- Support internal and external HR audits by ensuring documentation compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications
