Role Description This is a part-time, on-site HTML, CSS, JavaScript Trainer role based in Hyderabad. The Trainer will plan and deliver classroom-based sessions on front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, following NareshIT’s curriculum and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating and updating training materials, demonstrating concepts through practical examples, guiding learners through exercises, and supporting them with doubts and clarifications.

The Trainer will evaluate learner progress through assignments, tests, and project work,



provide constructive feedback, and help students build industry-ready skills. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to improve course content, participate in workshops, and contribute to real-time project guidance as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and demonstrate practical implementations.
- Experience in front-end development practices such as responsive design, browser compatibility, and basic debugging using developer tools.
- Proven teaching, training, or mentoring experience, preferably in a classroom or corporate training environment.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners and adapt teaching methods.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, create learning materials, and evaluate learner performance through assessments and projects.
- Familiarity with up-to-date web development workflows, version control (such as Git), and basic understanding of UI/UX principles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in web development.
- Comfort working in an on-site, student-focused environment in Hyderabad, with flexibility to conduct sessions on weekdays and/or weekends as scheduled.
