We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruiter with 1–3 years of Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements. The role requires strong sourcing skills, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to build quality talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels to ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely hiring.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Must Have
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (recruitment + operations)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Highly creative and autonomous




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Odoo or ATS tools
- Experience in employee engagement initiatives
- Strong analytical skills
