We are looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Intern to support our Education Sales team. This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding, and sales-team coordination within the education and training industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for Education Sales roles, including Academic Counselors, Telecallers, and Business Development Executives.

- Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and college networks.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate databases, interview trackers, and recruitment reports.

- Support onboarding, documentation, and induction for recent sales interns and employees.

- Help track attendance, daily activity reports, and performance updates for the Education Sales team.

- Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and internal communication.

- Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth joining and early-stage engagement.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.





- Strong communication skills in English; Hindi or Telugu is an added advantage.

- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone, WhatsApp, and email.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.

- Interest in HR, recruitment, education sales, and startup environments.
