Job Summary:

Responsible for leading the complete Human Resources function for a large-scale electronics manufacturing organization, including talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, HR policies, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall HR function and develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational structure
- Lead talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning
- Develop and implement performance management and appraisal systems
- Manage employee engagement, retention, grievance handling, and employee relations
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR policies
- Drive learning, development, leadership development, and training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Partner with business leaders to address organizational and people-related challenges
- Manage HR operations for plant and corporate functions, as applicable
- Develop HR MIS, dashboards, and people analytics for management review
- Drive HR transformation, process improvement, and organizational development initiatives
- Lead and mentor the HR team





Skills Required:

- Strong HR leadership and strategic HR management skills
- Excellent knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong understanding of manufacturing HR and plant HR operations
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Expertise in HR policies, compensation & perks, L&D;, and organizational development
- Proficiency in HRMS, SAP/HRIS, and MS Office

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- 15–20 years of HR experience
- Minimum 5–8 years in a senior HR leadership role

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, electrical, automotive, or large-scale manufacturing
- Experience handling large workforces, manufacturing plants, corporate functions, and multi-location operations
- Strong exposure to employee relations, labour compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
