About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

- Creating HR policies and frameworks for employees.
- Managing and recruiting employees.
- Conducting interviews, overseeing MIS management, building teams, and handling related activities.
- Developing scorecards and performance matrices, and evaluating and enhancing cultural productivity.
- Implementing employer branding strategies and digital initiatives to strengthen the employer brand.
- Creating digital content such as videos, testimonials, and stories.
- Designing presentations for different modules and delivering webinars on soft skills for interns.
- Designing and automating the entire HR process for the organization.

Note: Please don't view this as a standalone JD for HR; it is a multifaceted role.
