About the Role

QpiAI India Limited is seeking a highly motivated HR Executive who is passionate about leveraging Artificial Intelligence to transform HR processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical and management background and be eager to utilize AI tools across recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Leverage AI-powered sourcing platforms and recruitment tools to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
- Utilize AI tools to screen resumes, analyze candidate profiles, and generate candidate assessments for hiring teams.
- Create AI-assisted job descriptions, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding content.
- Use AI-driven analytics to track recruitment metrics, hiring trends, and talent pipeline effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain AI-enabled recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership reviews.
- Utilize generative AI tools to improve candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-up processes.
- Support onboarding activities by creating AI-generated learning materials, welcome kits, and employee documentation.
- Implement AI-based employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback analysis programs.
- Use AI tools to automate HR documentation, record management, and operational workflows.




- Analyze workforce data using AI-powered insights to support talent planning and decision-making.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and HRTech platforms to improve organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption across HR functions.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities, coordinate campus placement activities, and manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process.
- Ensure ethical, responsible, and compliant use of AI within HR processes.
- Continuously experiment with and recommend innovative AI applications to enhance employee and candidate experiences.

Mandatory Qualifications

- BE/BTech (Mandatory)
- MBA in Human Resources or related specialization (Mandatory)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, HR Technology, and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AI productivity tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of AI-driven recruitment and HR analytics.
- Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a quick-paced deep-tech environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
